A.N.N. Transportation's Safety Pledge Prom Contract

The night of the Prom you will be responsible for submitting the Passenger Registration to the chauffeur. The chauffeur will have the Safety Pledge Prom Contract and the 'Parent in Charge' will be brought into the vehicle and shown that it is clean and stocked with ice water and soft drinks. The 'Parent" will be shown that there is no alcohol in the vehicle. The chauffeur and the 'Parent" will sign the Safety Pledge Prom Contract certifying the above.
