We just wanted you to know what a wonderful experience we had using your company. We had DAVE pick our family up from LGA and drive us to the marriot in Poughkeepsie on Wednesday. He was the nicest man, so polite and sweet to our family. He told us good places to eat and go, he was just absolutely wonderful! Just wanted you to know..

John and I would like to thank you very much for a wonderful experience with you and your staff. Your customer service is excellent. The drivers (both Vinnie and Gene) were very professional, kind and good. We greatly appreciate your help in changing schedules in order to pick us up at JFK after our flight delays.

I just wanted to make sure I took a moment to commend our driver John. He was our driver for our wedding and airport ride to and from home. It was wonderful to have a familiar face. He was pleasant, courteous and just a great guy to talk to on our long ride.
I wanted to make sure I gave him great kudos because it was a real treat and we will be using ANN in the future for our transportation needs as a result.

I just wanted to drop you a note and tell you how wonderful it was that your Limousine service came to the rescue of our children last night! I could not let one more minute pass today, before expressing my indebtedness to you for your kind action last evening.
Your driver, Gene was on time, classically dressed and greeted us with a lovely smile and such an accommodating presence. Opening the doors and letting the kids know that their Limo was "stocked" gave me great pleasure, as their faces lit up in ecstasy.
Please know that I am eternally thankful to you for showing such compassion in our time of desperate need. I cannot tell you the gamut of emotions that ran through my mind, my body and ultimately my MOUTH, when the breakdown of Limo #1 occurred... It was just such a let-down and bubble buster to my already stressed evening. Your calls to put my mind at rest, and to inform me of our pending rescue certainly allowed me to finally enjoy the last part of our evening taking photos.
Again, I thank you from the bottom of my heart. I will tell EVERYONE about your ultimate luxury limousines/cars and impeccable customer service from here on out.
