I am sending this email as an additional thank you for your exemplary service at my daughter, Amanda's wedding in Cold Spring on Saturday. Trinity, your bus driver, was an angel--unflappable, professional, courteous, and kind. We had a complicated itinerary and when I became confused about the schedule, Trinity remained calm and easily moved people from one location to the next. I cannot thank you all enough for your fabulous service and I just wanted to make sure you knew how much you contributed to the success of Amanda's wedding day.

Hello, before I get too far into my vacation, I wanted to write and tell you that our driver to JFK this week was wonderful. It was the best experience I've had to date. He was early to our home... extraordinarily polite, very informative and he dropped us at the airport leaving us all set at curbside before he drove off. Please, can we request him for the return ride home? Based on his performance, I don't think I'll ever use any other car service.

ANN is a "trip-saver"! My company-booked airport service canceled my car service Kate on Easter Sunday night for my trip to Stewart International tomorrow. Nancy saved the day,-pulled a rabbit out of her Easter bonnet: She scrambled her resources and dispatched Daniel to rescue my business trip. Daniel was prompt and friendly- drove safely and delivered me to the airport in plenty of time to meet my delayed flight...Oh well, the airlines aren't as reliable as ANN Transportation. Thanks for YEARS of reliable service in the Hudson Valley!!
